FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT ARE THE BEST METHODS FOR THAWING MY PRODUCT?
For best results, thaw in a refrigerator prior to cooking. Meats and Poultry can be thawed in their packaging. Fish should be removed from its packaging when defrosting.
For quick thawing, place vacuumed sealed products in cold water for 45 minutes. We do not recommend using a microwave to thaw products as the product will lose natural juices, leaving you with a product that may be drier and less tender.

CAN I USE MY BUSINESS ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, we deliver to both home and business addresses.

CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR DELIVERY?
No, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. We also cannot ship to military bases.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is free for orders over $300.00. We use calculated shipping rates for orders under $300.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Send an email to orders@seedtotabledirect.com. If it is possible to change or cancel your order we will proceed accordingly. However, orders are normally packed and shipped the same day. Canceling and changing orders is not guaranteed.

WHERE IS MY GIFT CARD REDEEMABLE?

We have two types of Gift Cards available.

1. Gift Card [Digital Online Code]

Seed To Table Direct Delivery Digital Gift Cards are currently only redeemable for purchases on our online store. A QR code linked with the gift card will be emailed to you.

Notice this is a digital code that works for the online store only. Not valid for redemption at our physical location. 

You may request your digital gift card to be exchanged for a physical one, either in-person or email your request to: giftcardsupport@oakesfarms.com

2. GIFT CARD [Retail Physical]

This type of Gift Card is redeemable at our in-person locations.  Upon purchase our team at Seed To Table will receive an email of order confirmation. They will process the request for a physical In-Store Gift Card. They will create the gift card and promptly mail it to the shipping address specified in your order.

MY BOX ARRIVED WITH MELTED ICE IS IT SAFE TO EAT?
If the product arrives cool to the touch or below 40 degrees, it is safe to refreeze or cook right away.
